Refunds and Returns Policy

At Afro Indo Horn Crafts, we understand how much you value every purchase and for us, a satisfied customer experience is very important. Hence, to meet our words, we strive to enhance your shopping experience with us.

We allow returns for damaged or defective products only. To claim your refund, all you need to do is submit a return/refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Follow the instructions given below.

You can ask for a refund by sending an email to our customer support mail ID info@afroindohorncrafts.com. You are also advised to send detailed information in the mail along with videos and images of the faulty products.

Our customer support team will ensure to resolve your request as soon as possible.

At Afro Indo Horn Crafts, we ensure that all products undergo a thorough inspection before dispatch. However, we assure you that if you receive any damaged/defective product, our return policy will cater for your issues.

How do I return an item purchased from Afro Indo Horn Crafts?

If the product received at your end is “Damaged or Defective” and you want to return it, just follow the below-mentioned ways.

To request a refund for damaged or defective products, please provide a video and appropriate images of the faulty items to our support team. Send a return request via email to our customer support email address “info@afroindohorncrafts.com”.

Once we receive your request, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to obtain details and initiate the refund process.

Typically, we process the refund after receiving the unused product with all tags, bills, and original packaging intact from the customer’s location. The refunded amount will be equivalent to the product’s purchase price.

When are returns not possible?

At Afro Indo Horn Crafts, we aim to provide the best customer experience. Yet, there are specific conditions under which we may find it difficult to support returns. The conditions are as follows:

  • If the return request is raised after the defined time frame.
  • If the customer has missed anything such as price tag, label, original packaging, etc.
  • The product is damaged due to the customer’s mishandling.
  • An unboxing video or appropriate image is not provided as detailed above.

How will I receive my refund?

Once we receive a refund request from you, we will process your refund according to the payment method you chose when placing your order. The initiation process takes 1-2 business days, but it may take approximately 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your card or net banking account.
